2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wedflow. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.

• Keeping your login credentials secure.

• Not sharing your account with others without authorization.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.

• Prices may change with notice.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party processors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wedflow for unlawful purposes.

• Upload malicious code.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws.
